Description and Intended use:
Crown Bake- Arabic Bread Corrector is used for the manufacturing of arabic and flat bread. It allows the finished product to get higher water absorption, homogeneous white crumb structure, golden brown color crust decreasing the sugar content level, and longer shelf life.

Description and Intended use:
Crown Bake Softer Plus is intended for the manufacturing of soft bakery products. It reduces the variation observed in flour and reduces/eliminates the addition of gluten. It incurs a higher water absorption, closed cell structure, golden brown color and a longer shelf life (higher tenderness, moistness and freshness). It also resists the mechanical
stress on the dough.

Wheat starch, emulsifiers of vegetable origin (E472e), enzymes, ascorbic acid (E300).
Fortified with Vitamin “D”.

Description and Intended use:
Crown Bake – Active Fresh is suitable for fresh and frozen dough. It improves significantly the water activity, pH, softness, shelf life, the folding and tearing properties and eliminates the stickiness usually observed in frozen/refrigerated bakery products.
