“Crown Bake Logi mix” is a bakery mix for the production of saccharose free bread that would be suitable for diabetic people. Logi mix is a sucrose free mix, low in bitter substances (phenols) and rich in oat.
Not suitable for people allergic for gluten and the below mentioned ingredients.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, oat flour, bran, salt, carboxymethyl cellulose, and xanthan gum.
Fortified with vitamin “D”
It may contain traces of rye, soy, eggs, milk, nuts and seeds.
