It is treated with special enzymes that improve the resistance of texture against mechanical stress during extrusion and against denaturation upon cooking.

• Pasta does not get clumpy
• Reduction of breakage
• Increase in sauce holding capacity
• Increase in firmness
• Enhances overcooking tolerance of pasta
• Pasta does not get gluey while cooking
• Improves the surface appearance and

Not suitable for people allergic for gluten and the below mentioned ingredients.
