Description and Intended use:
“Tannour High Protein mix” is a bakery mix for the production of high protein and low carbohydrate Tannour baked products.
It is used for a balanced diet.
Not suitable for people allergic for gluten and the below mentioned ingredients.

Ingredients:
Soy protein, wheat protein, wheat flour, salt, enzymes
(Fungal amylase, Hemicellulase).
It may contain traces of oat, rye, eggs, milk, nuts and seeds.

“Crown Bake Tannour Logi mix” is a bakery mix for the production of saccharose free Tannour bread that would be suitable for diabetic people. This mix is low in bitter substances (phenols) and rich in oat.
Not suitable for people allergic for gluten and the below mentioned ingredients.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, oat flour, bran, salt, carboxymethyl cellulose, and xanthan gum.
Fortified with Vitamin “D”
It may contain traces of rye, soy, eggs, milk, nuts and seeds.

Wheat bran, wheat flour, vital gluten, salt, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), xanthan gum, ascorbic acid (E300), and enzymes.
It may contain traces of oat, rye, eggs, milk, nuts and seeds.

“Crown Bake Tannour Oat mix” is a 30-50% bakery mix for the production of high soluble and insoluble fiber Tannour bread, rich in beta-glucan that may help in the reduction of cholesterol. Tannour Oat mix is rich in fibers and low in bitter substances (phenols).
Not suitable for people allergic for gluten and the below mentioned ingredients

Oat flour, oat bran, vital wheat gluten, carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum and enzymes (fungal amylase, xylanase).
