Description and Intended use:
Crown Bake Tortilla mix is suitable for fresh and frozen Tortilla. It has low water activity, low pH, high softness, and extremely high shelf life, excellent folding and tearing properties.
Not suitable for people allergic for gluten and the below mentioned ingredients.

Ingredients:
Wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, palm oil, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids E471 (vegetable origin), salt, sugar, acidifier (E262 and E297), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, SALP and sodium bicarbonate), carboxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum, calcium propionate (E282), potassium sorbate (E202), enzymes (fungal amylase, xylanase) and bread flavor.
It may contain traces of oat, rye, soy, eggs, milk, nuts and seeds.

It may contain traces of rye, soy, eggs, milk, nuts and seeds.
